Manager Manager

Manager, manager show us the way.
The business is showing clear signs of decay.

Manager, manager what’s your idea?
There’s so little time for you to be clear.

Manager, manager so what’s your vision?
We’re waiting to hear an articulate mission.

Manager, manager a strategy is sought.
If one is not clear our life will get fraught.

Manager, manager what tactics will win?
We must know the line before we begin.

Manager, manager we need satisfaction.
It’s the only way you’ll see any action.

Makes me think that ...

Staff often look to their manager for direction and guidance to shape their action. If they don't get it, energy can be spent unsatisfactorily in the wrong way.
