I bleed and I am man.
Bone and blood I am.
Reeling, pain feeling.
Doubled up, kneeling.
Save me, be my cure.
So I am clean and pure.
Not a total lobotomy.
No, don’t cauterise me.
I want to keep feeling.
Be a sensitised being.
I guess I’m conceding.
I will be ever bleeding.

Makes me think that ...
People, at any level, in any organisation, should not be made to feel like they need to choose between being cauterised or forever bleeding, should they?
