"The mountain bike coast to coast is HARD. Very doable, but still very tough! The miles (average 35 per day) are probably much tougher than you’re thinking. You’ll be pushing/carrying your bike on some of the hills and some of the downhills are steep, rocky & scary! So why do it..?! Because it is a brilliant trip you never forget. And almost everyone can do this with a descend amount of effort."
